At the top of the front of the quiz,

write your name and seat number.

On the BACK of the quiz, at the TOP

RIGHT-HAND CORNER write your seat

number … and nothing else.

After you are done … fold the quiz

closed by folding it in half VERTICALLY.

If you were lent a calculator, be sure

To turn it off.

Then just leave the quiz and calculator

on your desk as you leave the room.
